When you require our services, the first step is to enter into a written Initial Consultation Agreement indicating the purpose and scope of the consultation.
Interested individuals should contact us for a consultation to determine eligibility and suitable immigration program relevant to their circumstances before entering into Service Agreement. In addition, in Service Agreement shall be outlined specific services retained regarding immigration proceedings.
Our initial consultation is a comprehensive meeting designed to evaluate your immigration eligibility with your goals and provide general advice. The consultation allows your immigration consultant to familiarize herself with your case and gain the background information required to offer advice and recommendations.
Our 30-minute consultation consists of an assessment of your eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs, a review of your case, and our personalized recommendations and suggestions. During your appointment, we explain the application process in detail and answer any questions you may have about your case and program of interest. Included in your consultation is a personalized follow-up email containing a summary of your appointment and our recommendation for next steps.
The purpose of the Initial Consultation is for us to learn about you and your immigration situation based on the information you provide to be able to answer your questions to the best of our ability and to identify your options, analyze the costs, and help you decide the next steps in the process. All information and documents that you provide to us shall remain strictly confidential.
